Sapa is the most popular place for trekking in Vietnam since the area offers the wild beauty, beautiful landscapes, terrace rice fields and rich in ethnic traditions. If you combine Sapa with Bien Bien Phu for example you can fly to Dien Bien Phu and from then hire a car to get to Sapa.
